WATCHING + READING | 5 FOODIE THINGS

clementines

It’s Sunday i.e. Fun Day, and I’m hoping you’re relaxing at home, cooking up an amazing brunch, and generally taking it easy. Or you might be working. Either way, grab a cup of coffee and click on for some links I’ve been digging this week.

1. HOW WE CAN EAT OUR LANDSCAPES

An inspiring talk by Pam Warhurst, who helped transform her town into a giant edible garden. No-nonsense and totally gutsy, this is what growing food should be like.

2. COMMON MISTAKES WHEN ROASTING VEGETABLES

Bon Appétit tells you how to do it right.

3. JAMIE OLIVER + TAYLOR SWIFT BAKE OFF

This is just so much yes for me. Plus, it’s for charity! (I’ve had that song stuck in my head for two days now).

4. AUTUMN RECIPE INSPIRATION

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably know that (a) I’m obsessed with fall, and (b) I love discovering new recipes and accounts. One of my favorites is @thefeedfeed, where dishes by Instagram users are curated and shared for inspiration. Here’s their autumn recipe inspiration (the beetroot soup is mine!).

5. RECIPES FROM ROME

I love Rachel’s blog, and have been a long-time blog stalker reader of hers. I can’t wait for her book to finally come out, and am definitely pre-ordering a copy. Her writing is beautiful and evocative, and always manages to make me feel a little bit homesick (in the best possible way).
